Shout out to the AIM era. A brief moment in history that gently bridged the gap between the luddite 20th century and the tech boom of the 21st. We were stinky little teens, given a tool that would free us from the social consequence of in-person interactions with our peers. They say that if a creeky door opens just right, any millennial in a 20 yard radius will scan a phantom buddylist to see if anyone good just signed on. And that's true!!! That's a peer-reviewed fact.

Anyway send me a little snippet (let's say six lines max) of an AIM conversation you'd like to immortalize, and I'll illustrate it. I was a freak who printed out conversations that I wanted to remember, but if you're normal, you probably don't have those laying around to reference. That's fine, and again, normal. Make it up! I don't care! I know you remember a handful of screen names. That's all that really matters.
